I am so excited about the upcoming movie Rocky Balboa (Rocky VI) that I decided to start training again. So I picked up some sweet boxing gloves and a skipping rope. Probably the most interesting thing about this is the warning that comes with the skipping rope:
Training can result in serious or fatal injury ... do not exercise without proper instruction or supervision.Wow that's some scary stuff, do I not exercise and risk the side effects which come with that, or risk it all and get out there skipping about?
In other news I brought disc 1 of 3 from emusic of MF GRIMM's American hunger. Seems quite good so far, 3 disks is mad crazy. Looking forward to getting the next 2 discs when my downloads refresh.
